  1. First, juice an entire lemon. Put the juice in a Boston shaker, along with about 2 tsp of fresh rosemary sprigs. Muddle the rosemary in the juice. Next, add 6 ounces of Simply Lemonade and 3 ounces of Hendrick’s gin. Add some ice cubes and combine. Rather than shake this, you should just pour the contents from the tumbler to the glass a couple of times, making sure not to bruise the citrus flavors. Once it’s mixed and cold, transfer to a glass with fresh ice by using a hawthorn strainer. Top with tonic water. Garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh rosemary.
