  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sugar until no lumps remain.
  3. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing between each one.
  5. Crush or roughly chop 8-10 oreos and combine in cream cheese mixture.
  6. Line muffin tin and place a cookie at the bottom of each liner. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full.
  7. Place in oven and bake for about 18 minutes or until cheesecake is set. Remove from oven and chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Remove from liners and flip upside down to serve.
