Crush or roughly chop 8-10 oreos and combine in cream cheese mixture.
Line muffin tin and place a cookie at the bottom of each liner. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full.
Place in oven and bake for about 18 minutes or until cheesecake is set. Remove from oven and chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Remove from liners and flip upside down to serve.
