Information you give us

When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, event date, event type, how you found us, and anything you tell us about your celebration.

We use this information only to reply to you, prepare your paper proposal, and, if we work together, design and deliver your stationery. For a project, that can include guest names and mailing addresses you provide so we can address and mail your pieces.

Information collected automatically

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not show a cookie banner because it does not need one. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-first, cookie-free service (such as Plausible) that reports visits in aggregate without identifying you.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver pages securely and protect the site from abuse.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the people and services needed to do the work: for example, our print partners and the postal service when your pieces are produced and mailed, and the email and form providers that deliver your messages to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project details for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
