Designed, not decorated
Every suite is designed from the ground up around your story — your colors, your venue, the feeling you want your guests to have. I don't tweak templates. I start with a blank page every time.

The Macaron & White approach
Think of your invitation as the narrator for your event. It’s there to speak to your guest and make them feel welcomed, informed, and free to enjoy themselves.
This helps you feel loved and at ease while you celebrate the beginning of your lives together.
From the save-the-date to the last table number, every piece speaks in the same voice — the texture, the color, the lettering — so your guests feel your story before the celebration even begins.
Your guests' experience starts at the mailbox, not at the venue.
Every suite is designed from scratch — no templates, no shortcuts. Here are a few of my favorites.
The Aldridge Wedding Garden wedding · Hudson Valley
Reeves & Calloway Black-tie celebration · Manhattan
The Whitfield Suite Destination wedding · Amalfi Coast Nicole took every worry off our plate. The invitations set the tone for our entire wedding — guests were calling us before they even RSVP'd.
I handle every printed piece your guests will touch — from the first save-the-date to the thank-you card that arrives after the honeymoon. Each item is custom designed, professionally printed, hand-assembled, and mailed directly to your guest list.
Set the tone for your celebration with a piece guests actually keep.
The full experience — invitation, RSVP, details card, envelope liner, and belly band.
Hand-lettered gratitude that feels personal, because it is.
Beautifully designed displays that guide guests without the chaos.
Coordinated day-of details that tie every table together.
Custom bar menus and signature drink signs your guests will photograph.
Illustrated guides and schedules that make out-of-towners feel at home.
Hand-painted crests, venue illustrations, monograms — art that lives beyond the wedding.
Working with a planner? I love collaborating with your team — just have them reach out directly or include their details in your inquiry.
After our first conversation, I put together a detailed proposal tailored to your wedding — your aesthetic, your timeline, your guest count. Think of it as a creative roadmap so you know exactly what you’re getting before we start.
This is the fun part. I design your suite and share digital proofs for your feedback. Most couples go through two to three rounds of revisions — enough to get every detail right without dragging the process out.
Once you approve the final proofs, I coordinate printing with my trusted partners and hand-assemble every suite. Ribbon tied, envelopes lined, return addresses printed — the works.
I digitally address every envelope using your guest list, handle postage, and deliver everything to the post office. You never have to lick a single envelope.

Most couples reach out 6–9 months before their wedding, but the earlier you start, the more creative options we have. Save-the-dates typically mail 8–10 months out.
I started Macaron & White because I saw too many couples settling for cookie-cutter invitations or drowning in DIY assembly at midnight. I wanted to build something better — a process that feels personal and a result that feels extraordinary.
Every suite is designed from the ground up around your story — your colors, your venue, the feeling you want your guests to have. I don't tweak templates. I start with a blank page every time.
I think about what it feels like to pull your invitation from the mailbox — the weight of the paper, the way the envelope opens, the details that make someone pause and smile. That experience is what I design for.
I handle everything after you say yes to the design — printing, assembly, addressing, postage, mailing. You focus on the rest of your wedding. I'll make sure your invitations arrive beautifully and on time.
I recommend Nicole to every couple I work with. Her process is seamless, her communication is flawless, and the work speaks for itself.

Hey there — I'm Nicole, the designer and owner behind Macaron & White. I create bespoke wedding stationery for couples who want their invitations to feel as intentional as every other detail of their celebration. From save-the-dates to thank-you cards, I design, print, assemble, and mail every piece by hand.
I'm a forever Southern gal living in Fort Worth. I grew up in Texas, went to Texas A&M — Gig 'em — and met my husband Patrick on a blind date at a Fightin' Texas Aggie football game. Our team lost that day, but we like to say we won. That was seventeen years ago, and we've been on an adventure ever since.
If you're wondering about the name: Aggie colors are maroon and white, and I love macarons so much that I once dreamed of being a macaron chef (I even had a cooking blog). A friend put it together — Macaron & White — and it just stuck. It's a little bit sweet, a little bit classic, and completely me.
What I love most about this work is the moment a couple sees their suite for the first time and it feels like them. Not some version of a trend — actually them. I spend a lot of time asking questions, learning your story, and figuring out how to translate that onto paper. It's creative work, but it's also deeply personal, and that's what makes it worth every late night at the studio.
When I'm not buried in paper swatches, you'll find me hunting for vintage stamps, taste-testing every macaron in Fort Worth, or convincing Patrick that yes, we do need another trip to the stationery store. I'd love to hear about your wedding — let's talk.
We had no idea where to start with invitations. Nicole made the whole process feel effortless and fun.
Tell me a little about your celebration and I'll be in touch within 48 hours. No pressure, no obligation — just a conversation about what's possible for your stationery.
I respond to every inquiry personally within two business days.
Thanks for reaching out — I'm already excited. I'll review your details and get back to you within 48 hours. In the meantime, feel free to explore more of my work or follow along on Instagram.
I'd love to hear about your wedding and create something your guests will remember.
