                - 2 8 oz packages light cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 28 oreos

    Instructions
    
                - Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until no lumps remain.
- Add sour cream and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing between each one.
- Crush or roughly chop 8-10 oreos and combine in cream cheese mixture.
- Line muffin tin and place a cookie at the bottom of each liner. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full.
- Place in oven and bake for about 18 minutes or until cheesecake is set. Remove from oven and chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Remove from liners and flip upside down to serve.
